1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Quotes, Scheduling & Installation
A quote provided by Orange County Scaffolding is valid for the period indicated in the quote and is subject to change if project conditions, designs, or regulatory requirements change. Scheduling of delivery and installation services is based on availability, and we will make reasonable efforts to meet your preferred timelines. 4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate project details, access to the job site, site safety information, and any required permits relevant to scaffolding installation. 5. Payment Terms
All fees for scaffolding rental, delivery, installation, and other related services must be paid as agreed in the quote or work order. Payment terms will be outlined in the quotation and must be fulfilled prior to or at the time specified in the invoice. Non-payment may result in suspension of services and additional charges.
6. Equipment Use & Liability
Rental equipment remains the property of Orange County Scaffolding. You accept responsibility for the care of equipment while on your site. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orange County Scaffolding and its personnel for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from use of the equipment or services, except where prohibited by law. You also agree to follow all safety instructions, and you acknowledge that improper use of equipment may cause damage or injury. OSHA
7. Termination of Services
Orange County Scaffolding reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services, equipment delivery, or access if terms are violated, if unsafe conditions exist, or if payment is not made as agreed. In such events, you remain responsible for fees incurred up to the point of termination.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms must be resolved in the appropriate court located in Orange County.
9. Changes to Terms
Orange County Scaffolding may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
